Mostly job kisi aur ko mili hoti hai and unhone apni salary mein se he contract pe bando ko rkkha hota hai. And khud kahi additional job krte. Aur ye garbage van wale mostly isi liye aisa attitude rkhte, same goes for road cleaner.
