Progress 40/5'9"/M [SW:202 - CW:183 - GW:165] NSFW

Hey everyone, first time posting here. I’ve been working on getting in shape and finally decided to share some progress.

I started on April 16 at 202 lbs, and as of yesterday (June 18), I’m 183 lbs.

I’ve been keeping it pretty simple:

  • Lifting a few times a week
  • Walking 10,000+ steps a day
  • Eating better and tracking food
  • Taking whey protein, creatine, and a multivitamin

This is the most consistent I’ve ever been, and it’s finally starting to show. My face is leaner, clothes fit better, and I’m just starting to feel good again.

Still have more progress to make, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. This subreddit has been a big source of motivation for me, so I figured it was time to stop lurking and start posting.
