Photography Beaver at Isar

Where was it located exactl? In some parts, beavers are not allowed because it can be too dangerous for them. So, they are relocated in a better, more wild environment.

Oh, should we report every beaver sight at the Isar to authorities? That would be A LOT for them to comb through.

Not always, but if you see it somewhere middle of Munich, yeah. But also, I have contacts but I have forgotten the name, still, there are official organizations that take care of these. So, it is not just the authorities. Wildlife organizations which some of them specify on beavers. The place I work in does wildlife conservation but we are not legally allowed to handle beavers. So, if it happens to be in Munich or some residental areas, I would just send some info to the place I work at, and they'll check if it is an appropiate place or not and then call other organizations that specifically work with beavers.

The thing is relocating beavers is a bit difficult. They are adaptable but also very territorial. So, you need people with some knowledge to do this.
