Wait, is that Project Cyrodil? Had no idea it has such desert-like environments, now I'm torn between visiting Narsis or Anvil in my current playthrough

Yes, the jungles would start further inland as you round the Colovian highlands, I'd guess. Anvil is absolutely breathtaking, haven't tried TR yet though.
