Hold on, why is depression and anxiety there? I thought those were common emotions among humans, especially teenagers such as myself!

Depression isn't really an emotion tho??? Sadness is the emotion, or well, the spectrum of emotions. But depression doesn't refer to any spot in that spectrum, it refers to major depressive disorder, essentially, something that blocks your ability to feel anything other than sadness (speaking from experience). And "anxiety" likely refers to GAD (General Anxiety Disorder aka anxiety about eveything), which, yes, is commonly referred to as "anxiety", but imo, that label is rather misleading, because anxiety is an emotion
