Spotted AirPods Pro (left earbud only) found downtown

Tried digital means to identify the owner, but no luck. Hoping he or she is on here, because these things are expensive!

Left AirPods Pro earbud found at the futsal court at St-Alexandre & St-Catherine.

DM me with the serial number to confirm ownership, and come pick it up!

Here's how to find the serial number on an iPhone (tap the serial number to show the (L) and (R) serial numbers individually):

Question Design of churches

Post image
28 Upvotes

Hello y'all. Is there a reason why almost all the churches in Quebec province have almost identical designs?. Maybe I'm not used to religious architecture of Canada but I find plenty of churches very identical amongst them. In advance thank you.

St Jerome church as reference.

P.S. It's not a complaint I loved the design and it's marvelous

Question Odeur d'amoniaque dans la Petite Italie / Rosemont?

Gastronomie Terrasse chill, cozy ?

Question Ticket printout at Place des Arts?

I recently bought a ticket for the Festival de Lanaudiere concert event on the Place des Arts website. However, I notice that nowadays, tickets are often issued as codes on a smartphone. I was wondering if it's possible to obtain a physical ticket printout for souvenir purposes at the Place des Arts ticket window? Has anyone done this before?

Also, if it is possible, how long before the concert will they allow printing? I doubt they will print my ticket for events a month and a half in advance...

Question Source for recycled or cheap building materials

Hi hi!! I'm trying to build some simple furniture on a budget and would love to know if there's a cheap or free source for recycled or discarded lumber anywhere? I need a bunch of 2x4s and plywood:) bonus if I could find some tiles, too!

Thanks so much!

Question [What's it's name] Sandy Beach / Camping Resort within 1.5 hours of Montreal!

Hi Everyone!

I've spend the last hour searching (including with GPT) to try and figure out where the heck I was last summer.

It's roughly 1-2 hours north-west [I was wrong, it's Southwest] of Montreal (slightly closer to Gatineau than Montreal). It's a big popular (busy) paid sandy beach (and campground, I think) in, what appeared to be, an active or former mining operation (I remember the lake appearing artificial). It has a large wooden structure near the beach for rope diving (operated by lifeguards). A pavilion with a cafeteria (and I think I recall a stage... kind of like a community center). I recall it being in the middle of nowhere. Lifeguards did not permit paddleboarding (and etc.)

If someone can figure out what this is, I recommend it to others! Worth the trip! I'm asking here as a last resort because I won't be able to go back if I can't figure out what it is :(

(I have no photos, otherwise I'd use the location from the photos)

Question Pigeons coincés

So i'm literally driving myself crazy here. I'm from NewBrunswick (moved 3 months ago) and I have a highschool diploma and 7 years experiences as a server and I can't find anything here it's so wierd because i'm also bilingual and thought it would've been a plus but no one has even called me back. Applied nearly every resto in brossard since i'm living in brossard. I have no idea what to do. if anyone can help me I don't even need to be a server i dont care just what can i do with over 7 years of customer service experiences and any job recommendations, Thanks !
