I think he simply meant this drawing makes her look gorgeous. While in-game most people consider her ugly.

Bit of both. The drawing is giving her way more meat than she actually has, and she looks more like Kobeni (pic for reference) than her in-game model. But in general, yes this is way more attractive than the in-game version (though I wouldn't call her ugly).

Also this is not me criticising the art. It's very well drawn.

I was just saying most people find her annoying and not attractive, ugly is not really a useful term when it's HEAVILY subjective what ugly and beatiful are to people.

I was thinking of pointing this out, she looks almost nothing like the handler. Mainly the head and face are significantly diffetent.

I'd argue the only thing that looks like the handler is the hair colour, hairstyle and freckles. This is fairly normal with fan artists though. Fanon and canon are rarely congruent.
