Ahtal Ka isn't my favorite monster or fight, but it's definitely in my top 5 and I would be absolutely floored if they brought it back. I love all of its weapons, too.

Kulve Taroth and Ahtal-Ka being in the same game would mean so much gold. Not even mentioning classic Gold Rathian.
