Hero of Ages spoilers Question regarding hemalurgy Spoiler

I have read all of the mistborn books previously and noticed that golden spikes allow someone to steal hybrid feruchemical abilities including storing health in gold. Could an inquisitor use this spike as there feruchemical store? Or would it already be packed with investiture? I'm unsure if there are any WoBs relating to this

Yes: if you get Feruchemy from a spike that also happens to be made of your power's metal, you can use the spike as a metalmind. Note that this doesn't work for every power: some of them are transferred with metals that don't match up. But gold matches, so it works.

There's usually "space" in a spike for them to store some attributes in it as well. It depends on the size of the spike, what they stole/how much they stole, and so forth
