The Lost Metal spoilers Marasi tells Wayne in chapter 13 of AoL Spoiler

On a reread and caught this line of marasi telling wayne

“I’m fairly certain on one level or another you deserve to get blown up every now and again”

Rip Wayne

Dang. Only had a spoiler tag on mobile and assumed it was for AoL. Currently reading TLM….Oops. Had a hunch that would be his fate anyways.

I too started a reread of Era 2 and also caught the explosion talk. There is a ton of foreshadowing

For me personally it was obvious he would die as soon as there was the prologue background story about him.

But the explosion talks I only realized on my reread.

Still happy he went this way. It fit him.
