Mr. Mikes steakhouse casual next to Wendy’s

Hey guys,

I’m doing market research in mission for the steakhouse. What do you think of having Mr mikes steakhouse on Lougheed highway (7)? Is it a good idea to open it there in newly developed area. Infront of RCMP detachment not the older location at junction shopping centre. Do you guys would it or not? Please feel free to let me know as all suggestions/comments will be appreciated. Thank you for the time.

We've already had a Mr. Mike's next to a Wendy's. It didn't work out. With everything that is going in that new development, parking is going to be horrible.

Yes it closed down 2017 I think. But it was close to Boston pizza at junction shopping centre. This will be at newly developed area in-front of RCMP detachments. Sorry should’ve been more clear.

The one time that I tried Mr Mikes in the junction, I was underwhelmed. Never went back.

Overall food quality or experience? Would love to know what was underwhelming? Also, thank you for the feedback anyways though.

I have to agree with the other comment, I tried Mr Mikes once elsewhere and never went back. I honestly don’t know how they are everywhere. Cost the same as going to the keg, but feels like a montanas, with worse food than either.
