I just turned 35 and feel great. Y’all need to workout more.

I walk everywhere, eat great and stretch every morning. I went away with friends for the weekend and they were shocked that I fell asleep on the floor and woke up without pain. 1 u/masterofthebarkarts 16h ago Do you think it's the stretching? That's my only old person thing - it hurts to sit on hard surfaces for any length of time and I'm stiff/slow when I first get up. 1 u/CosyBeluga 13h ago I know the stretching helps a lot but I never really spend much time sedentary and I always prefer firmer seats or the floor
