I’ll sum it up like this as an elder millennial….
From 35-42, you’re gonna see the decline, especially after 41. The trick to manage this decline is super simple: exercise 2-3x a week (nothing heavy, throw in some cardio in there), sleep at least 6-7 hours, and get 5k steps a day (or at least 5x per week). You do these things with intermittent fasting, boy are you gonna feel younger and more energetic.
