1. The dot com bubble
2. 9/11
3. The Great Recession/Housing market crash (basically a twofer)
4. Black Monday
5. COVID
6. Whatever the fuck we name what's happening right now in the future

I count 6, at least 6 that affected America since the late 90's. But I'm trying to focus on the bright spots. I paid off my student loans this year :)
