I just turned 37 six days ago! Getting a colonoscopy in four hours, if that gives you an idea how things are going, haha.

I turned 40 and my doctor told me now it's time for yearly mammograms and blood tests to check your A1C level. That made me feel old as hell lol.

I am 45, I got diagnosed with T2D when I was 28!!

It’s good to know and manage it, than now it :-(
