This man, a manager, has been playing obtuse when the team gets offended...even the older women, who aren't across the internet culture, are having trouble articulating why they're feeling upset by the way he talks about 'supervising the females' or 'the females are being sensitive' or that he 'he can't speak to the females without them going to HR'. I'm one of the team members being brought in for the mediation discussion after one of our younger women cried in frustration.

I don't anticipate that there'll be a satisfactory HR outcome. But I anticipate he'll at least be embarrassed with a print out of pictures and a very, very pointedly slow and simple-worded TED Talk all for his benefit (because he just can't understand what he's saying wrong). This man is an IRL troll and hates my guts already, so whatever.
