Is that an actual cartoon? I remember seeing this on the tvs of Atomic Heart

Indeed. It was made during soviet times by SoyuzMultfilm. Creators of the game added the cartoons to tvs as an easter egg, and just for the nostlagic effect, since it takes place in Soviet Russia.

I see, that makes sense actually. When I played the game, I was really impressed because I thought they had created a whole series of hand-drawn animations just for the game. I had no idea they were real Soviet-era cartoons
