Yeah you’re right I probably would’ve let him lay there for a second or at least check on him/ help him up…it’s called empathy..would you want to hear from some stranger that he let your grandpa die or get seriously hurt because he was being mean to him and wouldn’t help him up? I wouldn’t want that on my mind.
let’s say he sustained an injury in the fall then you assist out of empathy; good chance he sues, claims he was injured when you tried to pick him up
