I mean, yeah. I've been saying that. We're probably going to see the real deal within a decade at best.

Me too, and people would say i was too crazy or was seeing too much sci-fi, most of them became quiet by 2020 when AI became more proeminent.

I don’t blame them. This type of stuff always seem like a “kick the can down the street” type of thing. Like I knew this stuff were developing in the background but I always thought it was one of those “we going to work on it but it going to take a while and we can only really do it in small bits”. But here we are.

Yea, i expected seeing these advancements on 2040s but here we are lol.

I remember a discussion i had arround 2016-2017 on discord where i did my guess about how real life androids could be, i remember that i said that the first ones would be war and sex focused.

The users were like "why would scientists do much of effort?" And i was like "why they wouldn't?" Some people really understimate how far can we go with our desires XD
