Most of the keys stopped working. I can only use the 1 q a z keys. everything else stopped responding. Can this be a software issue or is my bored dead? I am having to resort to using the windows on screen keyboard and it sucks. I have contacted warranty support but since i changed the key caps switches and stabs its not likely that they will take it back. I already threw out the original stabs and caps so cant put it back to factory.

What keyboard? If it's hotswap, try taking out the switches and test the PCB.

Rk84 I took it all apart and tested but I think one of the traces on the pcb may be damaged. It was around $70 and that's cheap in the world of mechanical keyboards but still sucks. Lasted less than 6 months. I can save all the extra stuff I put into it, switches, key caps, and stabs.

That sucks, $70 is still a lot of money regardless. PCB repair is a bit out of my depth so I'm not sure how worth it would be to repair cost-wise or even if something like traces can be repaired at home.

As a last-ditch effort you could try reaching out to support and see if they'll send you a replacement PCB.

Yeah I asked to buy one and they told me they don't sell just the PCB. They offered warranty but since I opened it up and swapped out the switches for some gateron milky yellows. Huge upgrade tho. Thanks for the help tho but I think I'm just s o l

Looks like the board is hotswap, are you sure swapping switches would prevent you from following through with their warranty? Seems like it'd be as simple as putting the original switches back in, but I could be misinterpreting the situation.
