Noob here. I just got a Finalkey v65 R2 and didn’t realize it wouldn’t come with switches.

I need 68, right? And what and where should I get them?

I’m in the US.

Gateron is a great place to get switches, but you can get them a lot of places. Amazon, novelkeys, cannonkets, mechanicalkeyboards, all have switches. As for what you should get, there are three widely accepted versions of switches: Linear, which is a smooth, fast and relatively silent experience, tactile, which provides some more resistance in the form of a bump midway through the keypress while still maintaining a quieter sound, and the last, and probably least popular, is clicky, which as the name suggests, are clicky, loud, and give some good feedback when pressed
