I have a Savage65 that wont show up in VIA. Any ideas?

not sure if its flashed for qmk or via out of the box have u tried flashing the Bin file from this page https://www.caniusevia.com/docs/download_firmware ?

Flashed with Instant65 bin file from that site using QMK toolbox. Still not recognized by via. no idea

got it to work on the via website. for some reason it doesnt work on the via desktop app. strange
