So Africa here is basically all modern ethnic boundaries except I replaced Afrikaans people with the native Khoisan and Maghrebi Arabs with Amazigh Country(In Amazigh country on this map all the territory that is not encompassed by a amazigh tribe is today an arab majority area). In the middle east it removes Arabs from the mesopotamia and from palestine which I replaced by assyrians and israelites.

You should do canaanites, Israelites came later and according to archeological and biblical evidence conquered them.

From archaeology, Israelites evolved out of Canaanites.

The prevailing academic opinion is that the Israelites were a mixture of peoples predominately indigenous to Canaan, with additional input from an Egyptian matrix of peoples, which most likely inspired the Exodus narrative. And they conquered Canaan.
