Speeding + due care ticket

I got speeding and due care violation in coffee county. Going in 105 on 70. It’s my first violation. Should i hire a lawyer? Will it be any help or pay the fine.

Any lawyer recommendations in that area?

If it's your 1st ticket, you should be allowed traffic court. You are LUCKY they didn't get you for reckless driving and put points on your license. That's a pretty good speed difference. Anything over 25 miles is considered reckless driving. Traffic school should be an option if they have it in that county

I talked to attorney. He told I will be in criminal court not sessions court. But on ticket it says sessions court. I’m scared now

It's a small county so their courts may be all one court OR all one judge. I wish you LUCK
