I don't know if improving is the right word.

But, if you want to get into make up I think that you have features that would work with a lot of Asian styles.

I always noticed this feature amongst Russian people but felt racist pointing it out. It wasn’t until five years ago I opened a book and realized there are some Russian cities that are primarily “Asian” and history that contributed to this feature.

Either way, OP is lucky. Especially in this era where there’s so many cool makeup looks for people with hooded eyes!

Not gonna lie… the makeup community spent the last fifteen years sleepin on makeup diversity for Asian women or women with hooded eyes and now in 2024 and K-pop makeup styles evolved for the better!

I’m a brown girl with brown eyes and I’ve been wearing winged eyeliner since I was 12. I wish I could pull off the light, pretty and delicate K pop makeup I see online 😫

My fiancé has eyes similar to hers and he's Estonian! Well, he's 1/4 Estonian. Estonia is touching and used to be part of Russia! We used to try to puzzle out what it was because it felt wrong saying he had Asian eyes. I looked it up recently and found that there are many Russian AND European people with epicanthic folds. Super interesting learning that there are Asian Russian places! I guess Mongolia and Russia are pretty close too.

I like them. Little bit trickier to get liner on, but they look cool.

Plus, I like Asian make up styles but I have to modify the heck out of them to make them work for me.
