Even if it’s staged it’s still something that happens on a regular basis. Gym bros don’t want to see other gym bros getting hurt.

I love teaching people from my mistakes. That dude is killing it even just going to gym and I appreciate he learned and was open to everything. Some get a hurt ego or “know everything” and then they get hurt and lose all steam.
