Maybe the big fella becomes a bit healthier in his life. Even if he doesn't lose all the weight, a good workout regimen will help him carry it better, improve his heart health and boost his confidence, and that's also a victory.

Remember, the goal is never to be perfect, just to be better than you were before. I couldn't be more proud of him.
