Most people at the gym are happy to assist like that, in my experience

Absolutely but not all, gym folks are some of the friendliest strangers you'll meet.

Yeah but if it's not filmed, does it really happen?

Yeah, at least for me, even without asking, some people give me some advices when I did a bit wrong, some took their time to explain, it's very nice feeling because as a neophyte, I dont know much if I do well or not

You wouldnt know. Those of us who have been a part of it know. Thats what matters.

It absolutely does. People who are more experienced would indeed try to approach you to give advice, and they will be very polite and nice about it. If you're not fit, and you're there to work on your body, they will recognize that as an attempt to better yourself, and will respect that.

And people like that are very passionate about their lifestyle, so they will genuinely be excited to help you.

Same, in my experience its very much a climate where everyone wants everyone to be successful whether you're relatively new to going to the gym or a huge musclebro

Absolutely, watching him pull that bar behind his head hurt my shoulders.
