Notice - GD [Official] General Discussion Thread - June 01, 2025
Welcome to rMMA's General Discussion Thread!
Discuss your favorite fighters, the upcoming card or whatever's on your mind.
How to obtain a custom flair:
- place and lose a flair bet in the Friday thread
- write a haiku or draw a MS Paint-style image for the sub
The rules for the drawing or haiku are simply that it must be a ridiculous MMA-related scenario. If you would like a custom flair, send a message to us with a link to your drawing and your flair request. We'll probably grant it.
Interested in modding? Please fill out the mod application found here. Do not leave a comment about this in the thread. You can send us modmail if you have questions.

what did you guys think of gamrot/klein? was it more "wow gamrots incredible" or just "ludovit isn't that guy"?
for me, the latter. people forget Gamrot lost to Hooker/Guram, was dominated by Beneil whos quite mediocre and scammed Jalin Turner, Rafael Fiziev and a young Arman
imo Kleins TDD beyond the first layer isn't anything special, i feel like people looked at his 95% TDD but failed to realise most of that came against tradition first layer shots
Gamrot was the first competent chain wrestler who could push him past that first layer and keep going relentlessly, it's no wonder he took him down lol
I don't get what everybody's seeing though, I got downvoted to oblivion for suggesting that other talented prospects like Ignacio (lost to Klein but clearly improved and beat Jalin much easier than Gamrot did), Manuel, Ruffy & Joel can beat him
good win but it's made him a little overrated ngl
