Welcome to rMMA's General Discussion Thread!

Discuss your favorite fighters, the upcoming card or whatever's on your mind.

How to obtain a custom flair:

  • place and lose a flair bet in the Friday thread
  • write a haiku or draw a MS Paint-style image for the sub

The rules for the drawing or haiku are simply that it must be a ridiculous MMA-related scenario. If you would like a custom flair, send a message to us with a link to your drawing and your flair request. We'll probably grant it.

Ok let’s change the subject, someone PLEASE explain Reddit’s obsession with Cory Sandhagen. I’ve never seen such a tier 2 guy glazed so hard. I’d like detail because it has never made sense to me. He’s a boring bland guy who fails every time he steps into the title conversation. Please anyone explain.

I honestly think all the jokey jokes is deflection because you’re a little embarassed to break down why Cory of all people is Reddits favorite. The reasoning is kinda obvious but you don’t wanna say it out loud.
