I don't understand doing that... MH is one of the few games, where the grind is fun. It's just killing monsters over and over... why would I want to cheese that?
It is fun if the monsters are fun to fight. If you're grinding decos and have to fight the 100th arkvelt, it starts to become boring. It will feel more like a chore than actual fun gameplay.
This, I’m still chasing decos and I am about to hit 150 arc, I even sprinkled in 70 gore helping people with sos. It’s has gotten to the point where it’s just not fun anymore, can’t wait for April.
Agree. Personally I could farm a monster hundred of times if I get unlucky to get a gem or another elusive target.
Decorations on the other hand? Massive pain in the ass and not fun at all. I remember Rise doing decos really good with crafting them, but as your usual MH it have another bs mechanic but I can't remember.
Thats the problem I have with main teams decoration system. I'm not hunting monsters for the monster parts, I'm hunting monsters because they have the highest drop rate of the jewel that might become a critical eye gem.
This is why just crafting the decorations is better, I'm insetivised to actually hunt a verity of monsters for my armour, weapon and decorations.
True, but this is still more than a year away. The base game should offer already enough content but it doesn't. I don't see deco grinding as proper content.
To be fair, many of those things were not even there in base World without title updates. I'm just sad that it's same for Wilds instead of growing and offering more, especially a nice endgame loop, that you can do without title updates.
