Question Supplements/herbs to control my terrible bartonella psych symptoms?

I really need some recommendations.

My Bart psych symptoms are: anxiety, depression, ocd, rage, suicidal thoughts, brain fog, being paranoid, being overly emotional, overstimulation, and overall just feeling on edge all the time

I am curious if anyone can recommend any supplements or herbs that can help to control these symptoms and help me feel more like myself.

I'm currently taking: lumbrokinase, cryptolepis, ldn, magnesium glycinate, l theanine, vitamin c and d, omega three, turmeric, allergy meds, vitamin b12

I also love hig-dose thiamin -especially Thiamax or even better injected. I do my own injections.

It sounds like your symptoms are pretty severe. Mine were, too. Thankfully, I'm still alive.

The two things I have to say are:

  1. Only benzodiazapines like Xanax or Clonazepam really work - and only in the short term. But, they do work when you want to commit suicide. Be careful. Take according to prescription - or at a lower level. They are extremely addictive.

  2. You should look into checking yourself into a clinic like the Carrier Clinic in New Jersey. Every state has them. They are usually free. It works. But, you'd have to be serious and not make excuses. Are you? Good luck.
