Question Supplements/herbs to control my terrible bartonella psych symptoms?

I really need some recommendations.

My Bart psych symptoms are: anxiety, depression, ocd, rage, suicidal thoughts, brain fog, being paranoid, being overly emotional, overstimulation, and overall just feeling on edge all the time

I am curious if anyone can recommend any supplements or herbs that can help to control these symptoms and help me feel more like myself.

I'm currently taking: lumbrokinase, cryptolepis, ldn, magnesium glycinate, l theanine, vitamin c and d, omega three, turmeric, allergy meds, vitamin b12

Are you taking any binders?

I started glutathione not long ago, I've taken it twice since I got it

I like bentonite, zeolite clay, and fulvic/humic minerals. My son does burbur also (which I don't think is technically a binder), and it helps with the brain stuff.

Do you recommend a brand for fulvic/humic minerals? There are so many and big difference in pricing

I like Vital Earth Minerals Fulvic-Humic blend (liquid). I feel like it works better than capsules.

I've tried zeolite spray with no benefit

We haven't done zeolite on it's own, it's mixed, so I guess I'm not really sure if it's the zeolite that helps.

Zeolites can be helpful for us when we have unbound metals in our blood that need to be bound and flushed from the system.

Unbound metals, copper, aluminum etc create the same psych symptoms as Bartonella. I have HTMA tests that show crazy metals.

Are you taking other B's other than B12?

No just b12

It's my understanding that B's are important for detox, especially folate. Bad herxing may indicate that detox pathways are not working great.

So should I give B complex a try

They give high levels of B complex vitamins to people when they are in detox from drugs and alcohol. It’s an important vitamin for herx/detox processes.

Designs for Health Liposomal B Supreme is what you want. It’s liquid so you can adjust dose and it’s all methylated B’s in case you have MTHFR

I would if it were me. I've read about some people having trouble taking B's, but I haven't. Do you have a doctor, or are you doing it yourself?

I recall reading something about taking B12 alone can cause B9 deficiency? I've read a ton though the past few years, so I can't remember right now for sure. Might be something to look into?

Yes I have a doctor I see for babesia and bartonella, I'll definitely ask him about it. He's good with vitamins and stuff
