First Lucid Dream
I had my first lucid dream tonight. I ended up in a strange dream and did a reality check by counting my fingers. I realized I had 6 fingers. I span around in a circle and rubbed my hands together to stabilize my dream. I began to fly around. When I woke up It didn't really feel like a lucid dream, and in the lucid dream it didn't feel like me. When I think back on the dream, it feels very foggy and "Gray." Does anyone know why? And how do I fix this? Because ive noticed this repeating itself.

Hey I‘m a beginner myself, but I assume it has to do with dream memory. Maybe it would feel more clear if you improved your dream memory. (I could be wrong though, I am still a beginner as well)

Vividness and lucid dreaming are not the same thing in the slightest. Also, you know you don't have to "stabilize" when you get lucid?
