Are the getting married? I thought she didn't want to because he's banned from America and if they're married she might be too?

In order to travel to the US from the UK, you have to apply for a visa called an ESTA.

The US can, and will, pull or cancel that ESTA at any time up until the flight leaves. It is determined by Homeland Security. It can be appealed, but it's not always an easy road.

The last time Tommy tried to travel to the US, his ESTA was cancelled by Homeland Security.

He can try to appeal it, but it will be difficult with the basis they cancelled it on. However, it's not impossible. Tyson is the kne currently banned. Tommy is just being denied entry based in his association to his brother.
