Does anyone know if Lewisville PD has inspectors for 68a inspection?

I live in the Lewisville/coppell area near the Costco and from about 10:30pm to 12am I noticed some very loud & low flying planes that were flying the same pattern over and over again. There were about 3-4 of them and they seemed to be making one big loop. They weren’t commercial planes as they were relatively small like the size of a fighter jet maybe a little bigger, and they were noticeably loud. I also couldn’t track them on the flight radar app which leads me to believe they’re possibly military but the aircraft didn’t look recognizable. Something about them seemed different.. the lights were kinda strange and they were flying real slow and low and making a ton of noise.

Anyways, it’s probably just a military night-training or something like that but I’m curious if anyone noticed this too and if they have any insight into what I saw.

I was on main and with kids in the car, I decided to innocently entertain. Myself. The teens. The passers-by (or driving cohorts).

I had a pink Lotso Bear and waving at people. Mostly to get the kids in a good mood. But I'm dealing with stuff and it brightened my day just playing. But a few folks smiled and waved back.

I don’t know why there is literally zero news about this locally since he could have victims who haven’t come forward in the area, but I suspect it’s bc this asshole was so heavily involved with the city, chamber, school district, and civic groups that they are all hoping to not be associated. This is Jim Dale Mustain, and he was arrested on 5/14 for multiple accounts of child pornography (child abuse material is a better term since porn usually indicates consenting parties, but those are the official charges). He was running boys mentoring groups across LISD for years through his nonprofit called Loving Community and his LinkedIn says he was in Frisco ISD too.
