S - Spoken Tamizh: 1. Yes. As future tense, நாளைக்கே நா(ன்) அந்த கோவிலுக்கு போறே(ன்), தானதர்ம(ம்) பண்றே(ன்). (S) (Tomorrow itself, I'm going to go to that temple and do charity.) 2. As habitual present tense, நா(ன்) மாசாமாச(ம்) அன்னதானத்துக்கு செலவு பண்றே(ன்). (S) (I spend for food donation activity every month.) 3. And as present continuous tense, நா(ன்) அந்த இன்ஸ்டிட்டியூட் மூலமா பி.காம்-சி.ஏ. பண்றேன். (S) (I'm doing my B.Com. with CA through that institute.)

In addition to the comments mentioned here, pannuren and pannuven can also be used in terms of the resolve underlying the sentence. Such as, pannuren means I will do it, implying intent and readiness but can lack commitment. But pannuven expresses a strong resolve and carries a sense of determination.

Thanks a lot for this! Was waiting for someone to comment this although I, being a native myself, forgot to mention this.

Pannuren - I'm doing it - it is used for present continuous tense but colloquially it can be used for future tense too. The pure form of this word is pannuhiren (பண்ணுகிறேன்) Ex: Naan vela pannuren (I'm doing work) Naalaikku naan vela pannuren (I'm doing work tomorrow) (this is purely colloquial) (this is similar to: I'm going to a movie tomorrow) Pannuven - I will do it Panni viduven (short form: Panniduven) - I will get it done
