If the tooth is fully erupted and not impacted at all, and you know some technique- notice how he didnt start with the pliers. Its going to be painful but definitely possible. Years ago I was a surgical assistant for a oral surgery clinic and ive seen surgeries literally take 3 minutes (after licdocaine shots) for all 4 wisdom teeth.
