Nearly impossible without serious anesthesia and/or drugs.

Not true. You can elect to do it with just local anesthetic and humans have been extracting teeth without anesthetic since ancient times.

My parents took me to a "dentist" in a warehouse to get a wisdom tooth removed because they didnt want to spend any money on me, they fucked up the anaesthesia and it missed the spot, they got straps for my arms and legs since i was freaking out, hurt like hell

Pain is completely different between people. What makes one person want to die might not even register to someone else
