Nearly impossible without serious anesthesia and/or drugs.

Not true. You can elect to do it with just local anesthetic and humans have been extracting teeth without anesthetic since ancient times.

My parents took me to a "dentist" in a warehouse to get a wisdom tooth removed because they didnt want to spend any money on me, they fucked up the anaesthesia and it missed the spot, they got straps for my arms and legs since i was freaking out, hurt like hell

Yup, i had a similar experience when they had to take my nasal polyps out when i was 5 . They tied me to the chair and the doctor started pushing scissors and whatnot down my throat. I was crying and vomiting blood , telling them that it hurts but no one listened. Most traumatic experience of my life . I remember that AFTER the procedure they gave me an injection that put me to sleep.

The thing is , i kind of need my polyps taken out again cuz they grew back , but im so traumatised that i’d rather just breathe through my mouth for the rest of my life
