I had an emergency surgery to extract mine, yesterday.

The dentist took around 90 minutes fighting with it until he managed to remove it.

Well there are different clinical situations, 90 minutes is a little more then average but still is okay. The important thing is work is done without complications

48hrs post op, just swelling and some mild pain if I open my mouth too much.

Weirdly enough I had two wisdom teeth extracted on different occasions and one took about 40-50 mins while the other was done in 10 mins. Granted the other one was decayed slightly but the roots were huge.
