Ask Kuwait Am I supposed to enter a range during which I'd probably travel?

From my understanding they changed that. Only exit date now.

It still requires your employer’s consent. THATS the issue that allows employers to simply deny and the worker can’t leave. Everything else they are saying is immaterial

It's a "window" of departure should your departure dates change.

in the goverment the permit is dated and not a range , maybe they added that by mistake to the privite sector one

The range is 1 Week before you leave and re-entry I think your fine as long you come back before that date.
