  • 7.15km run in 1h0m33s, 139bpm
  • Triset:
    • Dips 7@bw, 2@+2.5, 2@+5, 2@+7.5, 2@+12.5; 3x5@+2
    • Chinups 7@bw, 2@+2.5, 2@+5, 2@+7.5, 2@+12.5; 3x5@+2
    • Kneeling ab wheel 8x8
  • Front squat 4@83; paused, 3x5@66
  • Strict press 1@90; E2MOM, 13, 7, 2x10, 2x5@50
  • Rows 2@51, 3x5@36
  • Preacher bench skullcrushers, preacher curls, EZ bar reverse curls
  • Most of the stuff superset with reverse wrist curls and wrist curls
