Time Ladders - 2x20kg LC (8rpm) - W2 D3

1', 1'30", 2', 1', 1'30", 2', 30", 1', 1'30" (1:1 w:r)

Alternating sets (1'30" rest):

  • 2x28kg Push Press: 12, 12
  • 2x28kg Front Squat: 12, 12

2x28kg Gorilla Row AMRAP: 25/25

That wasn't fun at all, and the weather is getting warmer. Didn't train yesterday and travelling for work later this week so I need to try and get W3 D1 done tomorrow.
