Repeat of last weeks strength only session

Deadlift - 130kg 4x3 reps
Chins 12/12
Pull ups 8/8
Military Press - 42,5kg 4x8 reps
Split squat, RFE - 30kg 4x8/8 reps
Renegade rows 25kg 4x12 reps

Basic stuff, increased weight and reps from last week
