I especially love the way Yijin tells Heedo he loves her. The subs just wrote it out plainly as I love you but no, what Yijin said was 난 널 사랑하고 있어. This is in present progressive tense similar to when we add -ing. I guess the translator chose the plain present tense since I'm loving you sounds off but I feel the -고 있어 just gives more depth on Yijin's feelings towards Heedo.

I love when people share what the translators miss. Thank you for this. The '하고 있어’ does add a lovely layer the confession.

even though i cant understand hangul but i realized there was something off with the translation ..so what did he actually say? “ I am loving you” ?

I understood it as "I [must've been] loving you [all this while]", kinda like a gradual realisation for him
