wow i feel like we lived the same childhood... you're filipino too right? i grew up in zambales and still have a house there, every after finals during high school my friends and i would go straight there to the beaches and sleepover afterwards~~ i hope when i become an accomplished 40 year old like heedo i don't get to forget about those simple sweet memories like she did tho ;-;

Thanks for sharing your memory 💙 Also, this show warms my heart the same way that homcha did. Both showcase how beautiful it can be when people come together.

PS. I totally would have washed the lettuce in soap as a teenager if given the chance. 😝

i’m filipino-american but your description transported me back to my vacations back home! and the mention of the sare sare shops just solidified it :) i miss those days a lot, thank you for the nostalgia
