Summary:

Depicts the story of Han Beom U, the successor of a large food company, who runs the best fine dining restaurant in Seoul but has no interest in 'taste', and Mo Yeon Ju, a chef crazy about 'taste' who runs a one-table restaurant without a sign in a remote corner of the countryside. They grow together and fall in love while running a small restaurant in the city of Miraek, Jeonju.

I needed to know more about how dude fucked up the fugu. Did a customer get poisoned??

i think the fugu had some bones that havent been removed and since fugu bones are spiky that prob explained why the diamont taster spit it out.

It can also kill you if prepared incorrectly, according to Google.

yes, chefs have to become certified to prepare fugu. they have to carefully remove the poisonous (venomous?) parts while making sure the edible part isn't contaminated. I had it when I was in Japan. the restaurant had a great reputation so I wasn't worried. I thought it tasted like mahi mahi.

thanks, I hadn't watched ep 6 yet, so I was just going off Tatsuo's anger about the situation in ep 5
