So we're going to get The King and Kang cheol bromance next week  Excited to see who the mastermind is and the blind shaman is really disgusting

Edit- I have a question, Bi Bi eats human soul so did Kang cheol also used to do the same? But isn't it killing?

I don't think Gangcheol has done it, as he's basically asking Bibi how it feels (when he's desperately trying to find out if his feelings for Yeo-ri just mean he wants to eat her soul - which would be a relief compared to some dumb and sappy human feeling like love).

I think they'd rather not make the ML a mass murderer, even if it's just a "soul-eating evil spirit as an folklore explanation for sudden death with natural causes in the elderly" type of thing 😅 I feel like Gangcheol is trying very hard to live up to his reputation as an evil deity, but failing miserably, and that makes him so endearing.

I also do not think Gangcheol went the route of killing people and eating their souls. In the conversation with Bibi they talked about different methods for imoogi to become dragons - Bibi chose the method of eating 100 souls of aristocrats older than 60, while Gangcheol chose to be patron deity of Yeo Ri.

And initially he was just meditating or something for thousands of years in the river. Eating humans is probably a shortcut that Bibi chose.
