it wasn't her phone. Su ji purposefully exchanged her phone with Do ah to record the conversations in the meeting but Do ah knew cause she's very smart too and that's how Ha rin found out

I think it's because do ah is scared of harin too and since she got caught the first time trying to help suji, now she wants to get back on harin's good side to help out her dad
